ArtSoul Radio Recaps SXSW RMG Hip Hop “Reflect Showcase” Event
Labeled the “event of the year” by Rapzilla, Reflection Music Group (RMG) made history as predicted! Carrying the theme (and RMG slogan) “Reflect Greatness”, this event was the first official CHH event during SXSW. As partners and lead sponsors of this event, ArtSoul Radio was apart of that history. We had the opportunity to help independent artists get their music in the room with a host of industry executives while distributing swag bags branded by both ArtSoul Radio + RMG which were distributed to every attendee including all fans, artists and major industry execs.
The event was located in the heart of the downtown area at Buffalo Billiards where a variety of official and unofficial events took place during that conference week. Performers included Derek Minor, Dee-1, Propaganda, Canon, Swoope, nobigdyl., Deraj, Ruslan, Ty Brasel, Joey Jewish, Konata Small, Wande, Surf Gvng, and Promise. OnBeatMusic, DJ Standout, and DJ DB405 each also had featured sets during the event.
