Go Behind The Scenes of Aasha Marie’s Upcoming Music Video
Chicago rapper and spoken word artist, Aasha Marie is gearing up for a big release this year. Though her new single, “WYWS” (While You Were Sleeping), doesn’t have a release date yet, it appears to be coming very soon.
“WYWS” will be Aasha’s first release since her Breaking Obscurity EP dropped in 2014 featuring the hit “Lollipop.”
The poetic lyricist has now been working with Chicago based film director Sanicole on a visual for “WYWS” and from the look of things, they aren’t holding any punches. Sanicole, who recently released her latest film entitled Training Wheels, is known for her fervent creativity and inspiring body of work so this video is sure to be impactful.
