Lee Vasi’s single “Teach Me” was released on January 12, 2024. The song is a heartfelt prayer and plea to God, asking for guidance in navigating relationship challenges in a way that honors Him. Vasi shared this single consistently across TikTok and Instagram until it made its mark. Due to her style and presence combined with the transparent message in this song, Lee Vasi used the lyrics in this song to encourage listeners to (in her own words) “use this single as a way to “break up with toxic era and let God lead the way”.

Once the single was released, “Teach Me” immediately resonated deeply with listeners, leading to its impressive debut at No. 2 on the Billboard Gospel Digital Song Sales chart and No. 21 on the Hot Gospel Songs list for the week of January 27, 2024. The track’s relatable lyrics and soulful melody contributed to its widespread appeal, reaching over 4.7 million streams on Spotify to date.

To celebrate the one-year anniversary of “Teach Me,” Lee Vasi released an official music video in January 2025. The video features a minimalist aesthetic, allowing her powerful vocals and the song’s message to take center stage.
