Beleaf Melanin publishes first book inspired by ‘chocolate babies’

Parenting can be a new type of struggle for Millennials, but artist like Beleaf Melanin is making this season of life easier through his YouTube channel and books on #parentingstruggles.

Beleaf Melanin’s latest endeavor is in storytelling is in his first book geared towards families: “It’s Bedtime Now”, featuring his kids, “The Chocolate Babies” as they’re affectionately called on social media. “This self published book, inspired by the Beleaf in Fatherhood YouTube channel pokes fun at the everyday struggle of trying to put kids to bed. The Chocolate Babies learn a valuable lesson about listening.”

The book is set to release on Tuesday, May 8, 2018.

With well over 9 million views, Beleaf Melanin’s mission for his family’s channel, “Beleaf in Fatherhood”, is to equip fathers, “Give hope to Mothers, and Inspire Children.” He and his wife Yvette have three small children and share with the world the real on being a parent and balancing it all in this thing called life.

 

One of their most popular stories on YouTube was a recent upload of Beleaf and his son Theo taking a kid-friendly lie detector test and adorableness ensues:

One year later, Lee Vasi’s Single “Teach Me” is still making an impact!

Lee Vasi’s single “Teach Me” was released on January 12, 2024. The song is a heartfelt prayer and plea to God, asking for guidance in navigating relationship challenges in a way that honors Him. Vasi shared this single consistently across TikTok and Instagram until it made its mark. Due to her style and presence combined with the transparent message in this song, Lee Vasi used the lyrics in this song to encourage listeners to (in her own words) “use this single as a way to “break up with toxic era and let God lead the way”.
