SELAH WORSHIP CONFERENCE [CHICAGO] JULY 19th-21st!

Selah Worship Conference (previously known as Musician’s and Singers Bootcamp) has become known for being a conference that caters to worship leaders and creatives who are using their gifts for the Glory of God.  Whether you’re using your gift in the local church or touring the world, this conference is for you!  The conference also caters to the ‘everyday worshipper’ who may not have a musical gift, but may be looking to increase their prayer life or be refreshed in their overall walk with God.  Selah Conference has a goal of empowering all attendees both spiritually and naturally.  Selah Conference is encouraging everyone to set aside 3 days to pause from your everyday routine and to be refreshed!

This year, the conference theme is “All In” and includes guest artists Todd Dulaney, Free Worship Band, Atmosphere of Heaven, Dee Wilson, After The Due Order, The Scattergoods, All For Love, Ann-Marie Heilman, and more!

The mission of this conference remains the same in 2017 as it has from the start:

“To equip churches and individuals by empowering them with hands-on skills, leadership/ministry mentoring and a place of refreshing to serve in church and family.”

WHAT TO EXPECT:

Selah includes a variety of intimate workshops that focus on teaching musicians and song-writers how to excel in their craft. Previous workshop facilitators and guest artists have included Israel Houghton, Kevin Singleton, David DeMarco, Steffany Gretzinger (of Bethel Worship), William McDowell, PlanetShakers and many more! All music workshops focus on building the creative’s skillset and are geared to a variety of skill levels including beginners, intermediate, and pro levels.

Other workshops focus on biblical study. Selah Conference also includes worship and prayer nights geared towards helping individuals increasing their prayer life, biblical knowledge and growing deeper in their personal relationship with Christ. If you are serving heavily in your local ministry, or if you’re looking to increase your relationship with God, this is the conference for you! This is your invitation to come rest and be empowered for more service!

New Orleans, LA (January 3, 2024) – The 26th Annual Super Bowl Soulful Celebration, an official NFL-sanctioned event and a cornerstone of Super Bowl weekend for over a quarter of a century, unites music, faith, and football in the heart of the Big Easy for an unforgettable evening of inspiration on Wednesday, February 5. Held at New Orleans’ historic Mahalia Jackson Theater of Performing Arts, the live television taping honors the rich cultural tapestry of the Crescent City. With unforgettable performances by award-winning artists, the soulful harmonies of the NFL Players Choir, heartfelt tributes to NFL players and leaders, and a celebration of resilience under the theme “Keep Going,” the event will shine a spotlight on the unique elements that make New Orleans the crown jewel of the South.  

As previously announced, the show premieres on Saturday, February 8, 2025, at 8 PM ET/7 PM CT as a primetime special on FOX, the official broadcast home of Super Bowl LIX.  In addition, after the initial airing, the special will be available on demand via the FOX Sports App, FOXSports.com, HULU, Tubi and FOX Soul.

The annual Super Bowl Soulful Celebration is the NFL’s only sanctioned inspirational concert, uniting cultures through the power of music, faith, and football. Featuring performances from diverse genres such as R&B, Gospel, and Country, past artists include Kirk Franklin, Patti LaBelle, Earth, Wind & Fire, Yolanda Adams, T-Pain, Mary Mary, Snoop Dogg, Mickey Guyton, Gladys  Knight, Robin Thicke, and more. 

A highlight of the show each year is the NFL Players Choir, featuring current and former players delivering a moving musical performance that celebrates the power of faith and unity.  Super Bowl Soulful Celebration also honors NFL players both on and off the gridiron, spotlighting their contributions to making the world a better place.

Prayers Needed: TD Jakes Has Medical Incident In Church Pulpit

This morning, TD Jakes appeared to have a medical emergency while closing his service in the pulpit this morning. Out of respect for the family and due to the video being triggering, we will not show the full video. But, we will say that his team came to his aid right away as the congregation began to pray.

We ask that you join us as we pray for his full and quick recovery as we also pray for his family and everyone present at today’s service.
